Our Tried and True Roast Beef Recipe

I have used this recipe with every cut of roast and always end up with a perfect and tender fall apart roast! The secret is brining, which is much easier than it sounds! You will need a ziplock bag, a frying pan, and a slow cooker. This recipe requires some planning, but with a little prep the night before you have the base for a easy and delicious weeknight meal.

Serve shredded with salad, roasted veggies, beer bread - whatever you like really! The drippings make a excellent gravy! The leftover roast is great in sandwiches or in stew.
